CPS Group is seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join their Travel Insurance Claims Team in Cardiff. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the full claims process from initial report to case closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
- Assess liability and indemnity on claims
- Identify and refer potential fraud indicators
- Negotiate settlements with customers
- Previous experience in customer services is highly desirable
- Experience in insurance or claims handling is a plus, but not essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Annual salary reviews
- 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)
