About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Household Claims Handler to join our team at Admiral Insurance Plc. As a key member of our Household Claims department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of new and existing claims, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims and meet customer needs.
  • Verify and validate claim information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and information to support claim resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet and exceed departmental quality targets and performance metrics.
