About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions in a variety of settings, including inpatient and community services.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including medical, nursing, and therapy staff.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our services.
