We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Leader to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to take full control of our accounts and finances.

As Financial Operations Leader, you will provide crucial financial and commercial analysis to our Director and Senior Management Team, helping to optimise our financial position and drive growth.

  1. Delivering Comprehensive Financial Reports: You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial reports to the Board and Senior Management Team, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  2. Managing Cash Flow and Budgets: You will manage cash flow and budgets, conducting regular forecasting and collaborating with department heads to manage profit and loss statements.
  3. Overseeing Accounts Receivable and Payable Functions: You will oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring prompt payment and maintaining a healthy cash position.

You will also be responsible for controlling general ledger functions, managing company bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with HMRC, Companies House, and business rates requirements.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • AAT or ACCA qualification
  • Proven experience running a start-to-finish finance function

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time), plus great benefits and perks, including 25-30 days leave, private medical, contributory pension, EV leasing, and hybrid working.
