Finance Career Development Programme
At Abbott, we are committed to developing the skills of our future leaders in finance. The Finance Career Development Programme is designed to equip college graduates with the knowledge and expertise to succeed in financial management roles. The programme provides a unique opportunity for participants to gain hands-on experience across various Abbott businesses and areas of finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training programme to develop financial skills and knowledge
- Complete four six-month assignments in different areas of finance, including corporate and division headquarters, manufacturing plants, and other operating environments
- Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
- Geographically mobile and willing to do at least one six-month assignment outside of home country
- Unrestricted authorization to work in home country (within the EU or the UK)
- Fluent level of English for written and verbal business communication
