About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. This role is responsible for providing front-line business support for Oracle 11i, R12, and Cloud financial modules.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and IT, with a strong understanding of ERP financial applications such as Oracle. They will be responsible for analyzing business issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Support multi-divisional project teams in the migration of processes, procedures and personnel into the financial organization.
  • Act as liaison between the business process owners, system users, and the information technology resources responsible for ongoing system development.
  • Facilitate team, technical and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or business related field.
  • 3-4 years' experience in business analyst/technology related roles supporting ERP financial applications such as Oracle.
  • Excellent systems/process orientation with demonstrated critical, analytical thinking, organization and problem solving.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
