Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice, support, and strategy to our customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to our customers, including product selection, system design, and product kit lists.
  • Support our Key Account Managers in the field to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Handle all inbound sales calls and sales leads, responding as required to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and prepare demonstration rooms and sales team demonstration stock to showcase our latest products.
  • Interface closely with our Technical Manager, Training Manager, Marketing Manager, Product & Marketing team, Technical Support team, and Sales Admin to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to provide onsite technical expertise and guidance.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV products, with a focus on IP and network solutions.
  • Prepare all documentation for tenders and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Country Vice-President (UK&I).
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the security industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CCTV products and TCP/IP.
  • Business or technical degree-level education (desirable).
  • Intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
  • Ability to tailor communication styles to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to carefully listen to and acknowledge customer requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good judgment.
  • Logical and well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Displays a proactive approach and is a solution finder.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • English language essential.
