Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Operating Department, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient patient care, working effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities
- To act professionally and effectively as part of the multidisciplinary Operating Department Team
- Provide safe and efficient patient care
- Develop and maintain continuing professional development in the role of the Theatre Practitioner in the Operating Department
- Work effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team providing assistance and service in all aspects of the Operating Department

Qualifications/Training & Professional Development
- Registered Nurse or ODP/ODA
- Member of Professional Body (NMC/HCPC)
Experience
- Sound knowledge/experience of basic theatre skills and theatre processes
- Commitment to developing skills and knowledge alongside some understanding of the theatre environment
