We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Health Companion to join our team at Associated Home Care. As a Home Health Companion, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Help clients maintain their medication regimen and attend appointments as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
