About the Role

Build Recruitment is seeking a Hospital Facilities Project Lead to manage a portfolio of small to medium-scale fit-out and plumbing projects within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple small-value M&E projects, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building services.
  • Oversee all stages of project delivery, from initial planning and design to completion and handover.
  • Ensure all projects meet hospital-specific regulatory standards, health and safety guidelines, and infection control protocols.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Lead on-site teams and contractors, providing clear direction and resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their application in fit-out and refurbishments. Professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
