The Learning Experience is a leading childcare centre dedicated to providing exceptional early education to Little Learners from infancy to preschool. Our centres are designed to create a happy, engaging, and fun learning environment that fosters growth and development.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nursery Care Professional to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues who share our vision of creating a supportive and inclusive learning community.

Job Description
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote fun learning experiences for our children.
  • Implement TLE standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation in our classrooms.
  • Monitor growth and development through regular assessments and celebrate progress with families.
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or similar)
  • Understanding of EYFS framework, Safeguarding, and Child Protection

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
