SEN Teaching and Learning Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Classroom Support Specialist to join our team at Active SEN. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
We are committed to providing high-quality education and care for our students, and we expect our staff to share this commitment.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £85-£105 per day, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individualized support to students with SEN
- To maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and behaviour
- To contribute to the development and implementation of Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs)
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective interventions
- To promote the well-being and safety of all students
