Job Overview

FRP Advisory seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. This key role involves managing various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new acquisitions.
  • Maintaining and processing sales ledger duties daily.
  • Posting cash transactions and client account activity regularly.
  • Managing user profiles and creating/deactivating users as needed.
  • Supporting locations with bill raising and queries related to work in progress (WIP) and debtors.
  • Processing monthly WIP reviews and month-end roll forwards.
  • Providing timesheet support and weekly postings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales ledger administration.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Familiarity with multi-ledger environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of time recording systems is beneficial.
  • Experience with Navision and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred but not essential.
