Job Title:

Pastoral Support Officer

About the Role:

Axcis Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to provide essential support to a group of pupils with SEMH, ASD, and challenging behaviour.

You will work alongside another pastoral support colleague to foster a positive and supportive environment for students.

  1. Provide tailored pastoral care and support to students with diverse needs.
  2. Support students in overcoming challenges to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD, or Challenging Behaviour.
  2. A positive, patient, and resilient approach to supporting young people.
  3. An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
Work Details:

This is a full-time, long-term maternity cover position.

Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum (estimated)
