About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for client management, account development, and the delivery of our largest account across multiple projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, taking briefs, delivering projects, managing finances, and overseeing projects that you are not directly involved in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage client budgets, financials, and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain the agency's competitive edge.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Participate in new business pitches and proposals to help win new clients and projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency's business strategy and growth plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working with clients of varying sizes and sectors, with a strong understanding of their needs and goals.
