Acuity Care Group Limited is recruiting for a skilled Children's Community Healthcare Provider to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children with complex health needs in their own homes. You will administer prescribed medications and treatments, collaborate with families and healthcare teams, and maintain accurate records of patient care.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. As a Children's Community Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet individualised patient needs. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to individual patient plans
* Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
* Maintain accurate records of patient care, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements
* A valid NMC registration and pin number as a Registered Nurse
* Proven experience in paediatric nursing or complex care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30 per hour during the day and £35 per hour at night, reflecting your expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
