Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Moray, providing relief support to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as shopping, finances, cooking, and personal care.
  • Encourage and participate in hobbies and interests, such as arts & crafts, gardening, and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate attitude.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A positive approach to learning.
  • Confidence in the use of computers.
