Lead Our Kitchen Team as a Head Chef

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Cobblestones, a traditional community-led pub in March. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain clear communication with your team and collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to ensure business success
  • Develop and retain a skilled and motivated kitchen team
  • Drive food quality and hygiene standards to consistently high levels
  • Work collaboratively to create a positive and productive kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for producing high-quality food and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven experience in a similar kitchen management or Head Chef role
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in the kitchen
