We're seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Cobblestones, a traditional community-led pub in March. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service
- Maintain clear communication with your team and the General Manager to ensure the success of the business
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and wider team to drive business growth and development
- Have a positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
- Have the desire to grow, develop, and retain a kitchen team
