Retail Store Manager Leader

St. Andrew's Hospice is a registered charity providing specialist palliative care for patients with life-limiting conditions requiring complex symptom management, and/or end-of-life care.
Role SummaryThe Retail Store Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Retail Store in alignment with the organisation's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and enhance volunteer engagement.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including till management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Foster excellent customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure seamless store operations.
- Financial Accountability: Manage store finances, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for retail management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including unsociable hours.
- Epos and IT experience (preferred).
- Market trend awareness and ability to deliver an attractive shopping experience.
