About the Job

This Administrative Support Specialist position involves working closely with our Financial Advisers in Horsham to provide exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Financial Planning and possess excellent written English, numeracy, and analytical skills.

Job Summary:

  • Support Financial Advisers with administration, client liaison, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with chasing financial institutions for information.
  • Communicate effectively with Administration Centres and Paraplanners via telephone.
  • Develop and proof-read documents, client correspondence, and presentations.
  • Update client records accurately and maintain CRM integrity.
  • Interpret policy information and enter it into the CRM system.
  • Guide new clients through the CRM onboarding process.
  • Finalise illustrations and applications for new business ventures.
  • Maintain precise computer records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Superior written communication, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

The estimated annual salary for this Administrative Support Specialist role is £28,000 - £32,000, contingent on prior experience. Comprehensive training will be offered, and opportunities exist for career advancement within the SJP Accreditation Framework.
