Wealth Planning Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Financial Planners in their role, as a key member of our client-facing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners.
About the RoleAs a Wealth Planning Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our financial planning advisers in all aspects of their advice process. This will involve preparing meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews, supporting the Financial Planner in the delivery of client meetings, both electronically and/or in a face-to-face setting.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative functions, completing and submitting applications, keeping data up to date on our internal CRM system (Enable), ensuring contact with clients/providers is maintained throughout any processing, and preparing and sending letters of authority.
Your Key Responsibilities- Prepare meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews.
- Support the Financial Planner in the delivery of client meetings, both electronically and/or in a face-to-face setting.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative functions, including completing and submitting applications.
- Keep data up to date on Enable, our internal CRM system.
- Ensure contact with clients/providers is maintained throughout any processing.
- Prepare and send letters of authority.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated and comfortable working in teams, able to prioritise multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and work calmly under pressure.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months administration experience within Financial Services, ideally within a wealth management and/or financial planning business. They will also need to be willing to complete training tutorials on our internal client management and client asset custody and administration systems, as well as be fully conversant with our online client portal, Wealth Platform.
Salary and BenefitsThis is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and opportunities for professional development.
