Key Duties
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and external agencies.

You will receive thorough training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role.

We have a generous volunteer mileage/expenses policy to support your volunteering journey.

Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
