Job Title: Healthcare Services Director

TOTALLY, a leading provider of urgent care services, is seeking a highly experienced and organised Team Leader to take on a leadership role in Staffordshire House.

This key position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to utilise their management skills and experience to drive success in the company's urgent care services.

About the Role:

  • Direct a team of multi-disciplinary staff, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and accessible Integrated Urgent Care service for patients.
  • Collaborate with Operational and Clinical Management Teams to ensure delivery of a responsive service to patients and meet key performance indicators.
  • Support staff recruitment and rota cover activities to maintain required staffing levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for team management and optimal performance of direct reports to achieve maximum network efficiency and meet KPIs and quality indicators.
  • Supervise, support, and coach individuals to deliver high-quality, safe care and quality standards are met by your team.
  • Provide an escalation referral point for queries relating to calls/cases.
