Creative Scotland seeks a skilled Literature Officer to play a pivotal role in advancing our mission through the assessment and recommendation of funding applications and specialist projects.

The successful candidate will be an active member of the Literature Team, leading on various projects and supporting the wider work of the team across different programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,997 per annum, plus pension and benefits, for a full-time position based in Edinburgh with opportunities for flexible working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and recommending funding applications and specialist projects
  • Leading on various projects and supporting the wider work of the team
  • Representing Creative Scotland in stakeholder meetings and public forums
