We are currently recruiting a Cyber Insurance Claims Specialist at Edenbrook. The chosen candidate will handle and adjust Cyber insurance claims from first notification to final resolution, ensuring that sufficient financial provisions are held for all claims.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To proactively adjust claims in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • To instruct and oversee lawyers, adjusters, and experts to ensure seamless claim resolution
  • To assist the Claims Manager with the oversight of delegated claims authority holders and service providers or outsource partners
  • To develop a thorough understanding of the Cyber underwriting and claims portfolio

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Knowledge of key issues affecting the cyber insurance market, cover holder management, and oversight
  • Knowledge of Lloyd's claims scheme and related claims handling systems
  • Computer literacy in standard business software including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook

As a Cyber Insurance Claims Specialist at Edenbrook, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
