Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team in Somerset, providing high-quality care to vulnerable patients with progressive neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based care and be committed to ongoing professional development.

The successful candidate will work independently managing a diverse caseload of patients across various settings, including community clinics, hospitals, care homes, and visiting patients in their own homes. They will receive clinical support from our Band 7 Pathway Lead for Deteriorating Neurological Conditions, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to thrive in this role.

This is a full-time position, covering Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for part-time hours or a flexible working pattern. The post holder will be expected to have access to regular transport in connection with travel for the post.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,052 - £48,155 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including flexible working, NHS pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance, and commitment to career development. You will also be eligible for our Blue Light Card and exclusive shopping & leisure discounts.
