About the Role

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive the best possible support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a clinical background and experience in the insurance or claims industry to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to establish the current reason for ill health/injury and identify any underlying cause or contributory factors.
  • Provide detailed advice to members on the reasons behind their current episode of ill health/injury and suggest ways to mitigate these issues.
  • Collaborate with our onsite Functional Health team to manage referrals and provide a comprehensive service.
  • Review and recommend private and NHS treatment options for members, where necessary.
  • Source suitable treatment providers, adhering to the rules and benefits of their health insurance plan.

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in coordinating care and treatment outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and IT systems.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
