Front-of-House Operations Manager

The Cinnamon Collection is looking for a skilled Front-of-House Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and leading a team of dedicated wait staff.

About the Role:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while overseeing the wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your leadership will inspire the team to go above and beyond for every guest.
  • Manage Front-of-House Operations: You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, manage bookings, and handle any guest issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Train and Coach Staff: You will train and coach junior wait staff, sharing your expertise in customer service, menu knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure High Standards: You will ensure that service runs smoothly, from setting tables to managing guest flow, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
