Reporting toHead Waitress/Club Manager.
Aim of the role as a Waiter / WaitressTo assist Manager on duty on the organisation and supervision of service inthe Restaurant / Lounge
  • To be confident that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Manager on duty / Line Manager
  • To be fully conversant with every dish served in the Restaurant and to provide a confident explanation if requested.
  • To communicate with other Restaurant staff and departments in a respectful manner.
  • To make sure that Company Policy and the Vision Statement are followed and always utilised.
  • To be aware and confident of your product knowledge of all services offered in the Nexus Club London...
  • To ensure that all guests wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the Nexus Club London.
  • To do mise en place, cleaning and service in the Restaurant. Understanding the importance of teamwork and flexibility within your role.
  • To ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the Manager
  • To report all comments/complaints/problems to the Head Waiter/DM, showing integrity and discretion.
  • To liaise with the Head Waiter to ensure and be confident that the preparations and mise en place are correct and to the standard set by the Manager.
  • Ensure to warewear company watch and be available for customer calls/service at the all times.
  • StayBe ready to handle various service tasks, whether its food service, drink preparation, or special requests.
  • Ensure you are equipped to prepare coffee and basic cocktails if required, to support the bar team.
  • To assist the Head Waiter in ensuring the station is ready for service.
  • Always be prepared to manage floor service, including table setup, taking orders, serving food, and providing exceptional customer care.
  • To always be prepared for the service in Cafeteria, Floor, Bar, Club lounge and Terrace.
  • To ensure that service is always discrete and efficient using your integrity.
  • Wear a neat and professional uniform, ensuring it meets the club's standards.
  • To be passionate about attending all trainings, briefings and meetings.
  • All staff should be confident in understanding and executing the companys policies and procedures with respect to privacy, confidentiality and data protection.
