As a Head Waiter in our Lyonnaise Bouchon in Chelsea you'll oversee a specific section of the dining room, ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Youll coordinate with the kitchen, sommelier, and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience, from welcoming guests to managing orders and providing expert menu advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Experience:** Deliver outstanding service by anticipating guest needs, providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

- **Menu Knowledge:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and special offerings, enabling informed and engaging interactions with guests.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor service delivery to uphold the restaurant's high standards, addressing any guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and execution of service during busy periods.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in similar role and fast-paced environments, with a strong understanding of

upscale service techniques.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
