About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Case Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Building Safety Cases for our high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce high-quality Building Safety Cases within specified timeframes, adhering to the Safety Case template and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, shielding the organization from criminal liability, financial penalties, and reputational risk.
  3. Prepare and analyze complex data and information to support Building Safety Reports.
  4. Maintain accurate data and ensure adherence to data governance and Golden Thread Principles.
  5. Liaise with internal teams to retrieve required information and data within strict deadlines.
  6. Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates, secondary legislation, and consultation outcomes impacting Building Safety Cases.
Requirements
  1. Excellent accuracy and information management skills.
  2. Experience in managing risk and interpreting technical data and drawings in the built environment.
  3. Experience working in a regulated environment and with technical experts.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure data is presented effectively.
