Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Individualised Support: Offer 1:1 or group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet a range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Resource Preparation: Collaborate with teachers to prepare and organise materials, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Inclusive Education: Promote positive social interactions, understanding, and respect among students with diverse abilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, working closely with the teaching team to provide full assessments and feedback.
  • Classroom Assistance: Work collectively with teaching staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
