Programme Delivery Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Programme Delivery to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile programmes across the North West region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in programme controls and a proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programme controls across major programmes in the North West, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying resourcing requirements and liaising with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  • Provide regular reporting to Programme and Project Managers on programme performance, highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in programme delivery, with a focus on project controls and programme management.
  • Proven experience within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in multiple discipline-specific software applications.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
