Heavy Duty Crane Maintenance Expert

Human Engineering Ltd is a leading provider of overhead crane solutions, specializing in EOTC's for the power industry. As an EOTC Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, servicing, and repair of overhead cranes and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of overhead cranes and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults, utilizing multi-discipline expertise with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Travel to client sites across the UK and mainland Europe, with occasional extended trips of 2-3 weeks (planned well in advance).
Salary and Benefits:
£43,600 - £48,600 per annum (basic salary) + overtime rates (1.5x time for work beyond 40 hours/week and Saturdays, double time for Sunday work) + hardship allowance (1 hour's pay for working in unfavourable environments).
Benefits Package:
25 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day per year of service, max 30) + bank holidays, sickness pay (1 week from start date, increasing by 1 week per year of service, max 6 weeks), fully equipped company van, phone, and laptop provided, door-to-door pay for travel.
Requirements:
Relevant electrical or mechanical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent), experience in servicing and maintaining overhead cranes or similar equipment, multi-discipline expertise with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to travel across the UK and mainland Europe, flexibility to work away for 2-3 weeks occasionally (with prior notice).
Estimated salary range: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum.
