We are currently seeking a highly skilled Client Vulnerability Analyst to join our IT team based in Solihull. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead critical client vulnerability remediation and security patching initiatives
  • Maintain client security agents (SEP/Qualys/Ivanti/ZScaler) and ensure compliance with UK Cyber Essentials tasks for government contracts
  • Work with the SAM team to identify and remediate end-of-life software and hardware
  • Ensure new client software has security support for its intended lifespan

This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with Qualys. You will be responsible for implementing remediation required for reducing identified vulnerabilities and supporting continuous process improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an IT security expert who is educated to degree standard or has significant relevant experience in a similar role. You should have ITIL certification/training and be accredited by relevant software/hardware vendors.

  • Proven experience in vulnerability remediation and security patching
  • Strong understanding of UK Cyber Essentials and NIST compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
