Job Description:

The Fleet and Guaranteed Maintenance Billing Analyst is a key role within Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing information from various vendor invoicing systems.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to collect and reconcile billing data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with internal and external customers.

Beyond technical expertise, this role demands a high level of customer service, multi-tasking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivable, including tracking progress and resolving outstanding balances
  • Researching and analyzing billing discrepancies, implementing solutions to improve invoicing practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide updates, clear disputes, and train on billing requirements

An ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, 2+ years' experience in collections and/or accounts receivable, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.
