Key Responsibilities- Supporting Suffolk's Children's Homes by embedding a trauma-informed culture
- Facilitating reflective practice groups, training, and formulation sessions for staff
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, comprehensive training programs, career progression opportunities, and 27 days annual leave increasing to 33 days based on length of service
