At Amazon UK Services Ltd., we're on a mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company. Our Supply Chain team plays a vital role in making this happen by planning and executing the network for our UK fulfillment business.

We're looking for a talented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you'll own and improve multiple processes, making critical decisions to manage our UK supply chain network. You'll work closely with our Fulfillment Centers (FCs), Transportation, Retail, and Finance teams to orchestrate upstream and downstream partners, exceeding customer expectations while optimizing end-to-end supply chain speed and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive EU-level strategic projects and change initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
  • Work on key analytical projects to drive smarter and optimal decisions within the team.
  • Streamline and identify process improvement opportunities, pioneering new ways to do things.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Previous experience in a highly analytical environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of R/Python and automation.
  • Experience and passion to work on innovative ideas and create/build new processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, self-starter, and quick learner.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Excellent communicating and negotiating skills, coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analysis role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity and backbone of an owner.
  • Analytical horsepower to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results.
  • Experience in machine learning (R, Python).
