Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Credit Control Assistant to join our team. As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the company's sales ledger, banking, and debt procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's sales ledger, including invoicing, credit control, and debt collection.
  • Process payments and reconcile bank statements.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Work closely with the credit control team to ensure effective debt recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
