We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our European HR team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, providing HR generalist activities, and collaborating with internal groups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job description development, interview planning, and candidate selection.
  • Track recruitment activity and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to source and attract top talent for harder-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparation of necessary arrangements and notifications to the payroll team.
  • Provide HR generalist support, including reference requests, ad-hoc queries, and regional/global HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of generalist Human Resources experience, with a recruitment bias.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong listener and natural intuitive style.
  • Highly self-motivated, with customer-service and results orientation.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and enjoy getting involved in a wide range of activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Resilient, with the ability to work both autonomously and with people.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with comfort working extensively with Excel.
  • Highly attentive to details.
