Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across business units
- Gain trust and confidence from stakeholders through performance delivery
- Ensure effective communication channels and regular performance reviews
- Manage a high-level workload and contribute to departmental projects
- Resolve queries within agreed timeframes and maintain accuracy
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and improve information quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre or Credit Control environment
- Experience with Onguard and ICABS or similar credit management systems
- Excellent IT skills, including Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to drive and influence internal and external SSC colleagues
- Credible stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
