Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Scarborough, providing exceptional maintenance services for a heavy industrial plant with advanced PLC control machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of electro-mechanical systems, including PLC-controlled plant, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, and compressed air systems.
  • Proactive and reactive maintenance on production and process machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaboration with suppliers for new machinery upgrades, modifications, and installation.
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance routines to guarantee efficient operations.
  • Supporting the operations team in achieving targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Trades qualification in an engineering discipline.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background, with expertise in electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Aptitude for process awareness and experience in diagnostic/troubleshooting gained in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work on call 1 week in 4.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer excellent benefits, overtime opportunities, and a fantastic pension scheme.
