Maintenance Operations Manager
**Job Summary**As a Maintenance Operations Manager at Pro-Pak Foods Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities and ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities*** Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards* Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers* Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals*
**Requirements*** Engineering-related qualification or relevant experience in an Engineering role within food manufacturing* Strong technical knowledge and an aptitude for both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering* Working knowledge of BRC standards and customer codes of practice* Strong people management skills* Working knowledge and use of CMMS systems* Salary up to £57,000 per annum
