About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to managers in day-to-day HR activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of queries and issues.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, arrange onboarding for new starters, and handle absence, lateness, and appraisal reviews with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist with disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes, providing accurate and informative guidance to all parties involved.
  • Address staff enquiries, provide flexible administrative support, administer monthly payroll, and manage the company pension scheme with precision and care.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in generalist HR, basic understanding of employment law, and proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office (SAGE 50 would be desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail, handling of sensitive information, logical approach, good time management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
