Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support on the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues from the first line support team.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of our IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions implemented.

Requirements:
