Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Lead to join our team at BAM Site Solutions. This is a full-time role that involves a mix of working from home and on-site at Wellingborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Site Direct operations, including direct product ordering, production, and distribution. They will also be accountable for inventory accuracy and client satisfaction.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, contributory pension, BUPA, life assurance, 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), holiday purchase scheme, gym subsidy, and BAM social club membership.

  • Report on category performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Set individual and team objectives for the Site Direct team, ensuring performance against those objectives.
  • Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
