Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled butcher to join our team at Booker Limited. As a key member of the Butchery Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of product knowledge, cutting, and preparation skills. Your expertise will contribute to supporting sales and profit growth, ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal standards.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing orders to customers' needs, having a good understanding of stock control processes, and offering high-quality products. Strong communication skills, experience within the butchery trade, and the ability to work flexibly are essential requirements for this role.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
