About the JobWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced coach/trainer to oversee the progress of our electrical apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their full potential. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for facilitating learning and development, and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical skills coaching and training to electrical apprentices
- Oversee the progress of apprentices, providing guidance and support as needed
- Facilitate learning and development, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners
- Contribute to the development of new curriculum materials and assessment strategies
The salary range for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
