We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Selexa Consulting Ltd. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in automating robotic processes and following laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and follow all policies, SOPs, and WIs in line with company guidelines.
- Contribute to laboratory cleaning and equipment maintenance duties and process associated documentation to the eQMS/TFAR.
- Abide by safety requirements as defined by the company, including proper use of personal protective equipment for working with human and other biological materials, and chemicals.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and a focus on high-quality results.
- Ability to analyze laboratory data and assist team members with interpreting results and troubleshooting issues.
- Automation-related specialist area: good working knowledge of Python coding language and the use of GUI text editors such as Sublime.
- BSc. or MSc. in a relevant subject (with wet lab research projects) or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years' laboratory experience. GMP or ISO compliant laboratory experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Innovative by adapting to new challenges performing project work but can identify when guidance is required. Taking new roles and accepting current ideas.
- Pioneering by demonstrating the ability to identify pinch points or other issues and successfully communicate these to the appropriate manager.
- Achieving Excellence by adhering to good working practices and quality procedure compliance to deliver the required operational processes.
- Diverse by carrying out tasks in an honest and professional manner and communicating openly to maintain the expected high standards.
